Our week-long animation workshop, held in partnership with Cinevolution, wrapped up on Friday at the Richmond Media Lab. What a week it was! Our ten participants worked in pairs planning, writing, drawing, sculpting and filming a total of 5 films using stop-motion animation. All films were created using iPads and these budding filmmakers learned techniques to film in 2D & 3D and how to use pixilation in order to create their short film.
