In this sequel to the box office hit Winky’s Horse, Winky Wong is now eight-years-old and is responsible for taking care of Saint Nicholas’ horse, Amerigo. While Uncle Siem and Aunty Cor teach her about horse grooming, they do not want her to ride Amerigo until she is much older. Winky finds that hard to accept. When her Mom, who is pregnant, has to be hospitalized, Winky is lonely and finds comfort in Amerigo. One day, when nobody is around, she decides to go riding. Things do not go as planned, and Amerigo escapes. Will Winky be able to find him and bring him back before Saint Nicholas returns? Where is Winky’s Horse was recently chosen to open Berlin’s Kinderfest 2008.
